1. We are graced to get an opportunity to host the Inter College Netball Tournament - 2016, Junior Netball National Games in the year 2008 & Senior Netball National games in 2010 and we have been host for Netball Games since 2008. Two students of our college participated in the National Netball Games for Rajasthan State. We are honored to announce that Shri Lalchand Kataria ‘the college chairperson’ is the Elected President for National Netball Association. We do have some achievement in the sports field those students are elaborated here.
2. Our Director Shri Anand Swaroop honoured with Bharat Jyoti Award on 9th Feb, 2013 at New Delhi by India International Friendship Society for promoting higher and technical education among rural girls in Rajasthan.
3. Two Students of our college named Sangeeta & Sita achieved Gold and Bronze Medal in the Inter-College Tournament in Javelin throw and Archery respectively.
4. The college has its team for Badminton, Kho-Kho, Kabbaddi, Volleyball, and Athletics. Our students have won medals and certificates in all these games in interstate and inter college tournament.
5. We have two units of NSS and NCC to develop the sense of social responsibilities towards the society in our students.

Keeping the vision in view to become best in academics and for job opportunities, Utkarsh College has been putting in efforts for effective to interface with university exams and Competitive exams for our students. We are successful in gaining the status of best college in science & Commerce stream among the colleges of Rajasthan. Our Collaboration between students and faculty members goes outstanding into meaningful work of education. we have many examples to prove it from the college.

1. Sangeeta Choudhary B.Sc. (Math group) with 89% in the session 2011-12 cleared the Central University Entrance Test. Now she is pursuing M.Sc. from there.
2. Sonia Chahal secured 86% in B.Sc. (Bio. group) in Session 2011-12.
3. Sanju Yadav from M.Sc. Botany department is the topper of Rajasthan University in Session 2011-12 with 83%.
4. Santi Yadav from M.Sc. Botany department is the topper of Rajasthan University in Session 2011-12 with 82%.
5. Four students  in Chemistry department, two from Zoology and three from Botany department have cleared CSIR NET.
6. Two students of our college are pursuing Ph. D. from MNIT Jaipur and some others from BITS Pilani, JNU and other Universities.
7. Some Students ­­­have been selected for the esteemed universities in India and abroad.
8. Six girls from M.Sc. Zoology department got prestigious teaching jobs in St. Xavier’s, Birla Group of Education and other Government Jobs.
9. Many students are preparing for RAS and Civil Service exams and have cleared preliminary Civil Service exams too.
10. Some of them have gone to Elite jobs and other subordinate services in Central Govt. departments.
11. Five Students have been selected for the ONGC and other PSU Sectors.
12. Students of Science and commerce stream have been placed in various multinational companies like Infosys, Genpact,Global Pharmacy and also in some other well known chemical industries.
13. More than 70% students of our College have secured  75% to 80% marks in their concerned courses.
14. 100% result in all the streams since past ten years.
15. At present, 4000 girls have been registered in our college and 2/3rd of them have scored almost 70%to 80% in their university exams.
16. Now we are the college whose students are scoring 90 to 93% marks in University results and seeking meritorious positions among Dept. of University of Rajasthan.
17. Most of our students have got selected in RPSC and UPSC  services at higher positions thus setting milestones for our future students.

The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) aims to look into the complaints lodged by any student and redress them as per requirement. The students can state their grievance regarding any academic and non-academic matter within the campus through the online as well as grievance/suggestion box (offline). The institution aims at solving the grievances of the students within stipulated academic and non-academic matters within the campus through the online grievance/suggestion box. Objectives:

• To maintain a fair, unbiased, and consistent system for redressal of various issues faced by the students and other stakeholders.
• To ensure strict confidentiality so that students approach the Grievance Redressal Cell without the fear of any vindictive activity.
• To ascertain that immediate suitable actions are taken by addressing the faculty or by requesting the management depending upon the nature of the grievance.

According to the UGC (Grievance Redressal) Regulations, 2018, composition of the Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted.

Scope:
The cell will deal with Grievances received in writing from the students as well as other stakeholders about any of the following matters:-

• Academic Matters: Related to timely issue of duplicate Mark-sheets, Transfer Certificates, Conduct Certificates or other examination related matters.
• Financial Matters: Related to dues and payments for various items from library, hostels etc.
• Other Matters: Related to certain misgivings about conditions of sanitation, preparation of food, availability of transport, victimization by teachers etc.

Functions

1. i) The cases will be attended promptly on receipt of written grievances from the students.
2. ii) The cell formally will review all cases and will act accordingly as per the Management

     policy.

1. ii) The cell will give report to the authority about the cases attended to and the number of pending cases, if any, which require direction and guidance from the higher authorities.
